Return Policy

If you don't absolutely love your new 4Angels item you are able to return your order for STORE CREDIT if the item meets our returns conditions. We do not offer refunds at this time.

If you believe your dress to be faulty please contact our customer service team at shop4angelsboutique@gmail.com and submit a photo of the fault prior to returning your order.

Sale and discounted dresses are final sale. No exceptions. Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. There is a return shipping fee of $8.50 which will be deducted from your credit, except in an unlikely event of fault or a wrong item is sent.

We have a 14-day return policy. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the order confirmation date. 

RETURNS CONDITIONS

- Return request must be initiated within 4 days of receiving order. 

- Orders must be returned and received in warehouse within 10 days of receiving shipping label.

- Items must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.

- Items must still have all tags attached.

- Returns are subject to validation and approval by 4Angels Boutique.

- We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale and discounted dresses are final sale. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

How to Mail Back an Online Return

Please follow the steps below to complete a return:

  1. Email shop4angelsboutique@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) being returned to begin the process.
  2. Pack your merchandise in the original packaging (with tickets attached).
  3. Affix the return shipping label on the outside of the package and bring it to your local Canada Post office.

Be sure to have your package mailed back to our warehouse within 10 days of the original order date. We recommend that you save your return tracking number until we have completed your refund. Once we receive your package, we will examine the merchandise to assure it meets all our quality standards and return conditions. Once approved, you will receive an email that contains your unique gift card, which can be used at checkout or in-store. Returns will be processed within 7 business days. 

Any items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
